As part of our Ecommerce team, the Ecommerce International Trader lead, manage and deliver the digital International strategy, working alongside the Conversion Manager and reporting in to the Head of Ecommerce:

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Helping to build, and drive digital international strategy
  • Addressing an international audience with effective and pertinent marketing content
  • Conducting and reviewing consumer research and data, to support the implementation of the marketing strategy, to achieve the best possible return of investment
  • Working with internal departments, generating ideas for future activity and ensuring international customer acquisition and revenue growth are in line with forecast
  • Managing the International Marketing calendar and communicating activity with wider Ecommerce team
  • Liaising with third party suppliers to optimise International Marketing including PPC/ SEO agency, translation services and affiliate marketing provider
  • Working with the Conversion Manager and testing team to ensure that the Footasylum website is optimised for international trading
  • Working with buying and merchandising to identify key product opportunities
  • Identification of and expansion of new markets
  • Work with the Social Media Lead to help globalise the overall social media strategy

Your profile:
  • Passion for the product
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with multiple teams
  • Attention to detail with experience of proof reading and ensuring accurate representation of key campaigns across multiple channels
  • Exceptional planner and organiSer when allocating time and resource to meet deadlines and identify key seasonal peaks and troughsA proven track record of successful Marketing strategy development and campaign management
  • Works as part of a team to achieve common goals, actively contributes to the team, supporting other team members. Knows when to ask for help
  • A solid understanding and practical experience implementing a digital marketing strategy aimed at an International audience
  • Significant experience and in-depth understanding of analytics packages such as Google Analytics is essential
  • Experience of PPC, SEO and affiliate channels with a focus on an International audience advantageous
  • A proven track record of successful Marketing strategy development and campaign management
  • Results focussed and highly organised
