Footasylum have an exciting opportunity for a CRO Coordinator to join our expanding Ecommerce team. The Digital Testing and CRO Executive will work alongside the existing Testing and CRO Executive and report to the Senior Online Data Analyst

Role and Responsibilities:

As part of our Ecommerce Team, the CRO Cordinator will work alongside the existing Testing and CRO Executive and report to the Senior Online Data Analyst:

  • Work with Senior Online Data Analyst to drive testing and conversion plan to positively contribute towards team and business KPIs
  • Use data to inform testing ideas and prioritisation of activity
  • Strong focus on setting up, monitoring and analysing tests and personalisation experiences
  • Act on results of tests and use insight to inform future testing activity
  • Promote a culture of testing within the wider team and business
  • Regular reporting on site performances
  • Carry out regular site audits, highlighting issues and making recommendations to improve performance
  • Use customer insight to improve on site experience

Your profile:

Other than an open mind and the drive to succeed, there are certain skills you'll need to get the job done:
  • Passion for testing and conversion rate optimisation
  • 12 months+ experience working in a testing or conversion role
  • Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate testing principles and experience of putting them in to practice
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team managing own workload and meeting fixed deadlines
  • The ability to analyse and make recommendations on a set of data
  • Experience of using analysis software such as Google Analytics and Hot Jar, or similar
  • Experience of using online testing software e.g. VWO, Optimizely
  • Experience of using online personalisation software e.g. Qubit, Optimzely, etc. (desirable)
  • Previous experience working in online retail (desirable)
